Registration Entitlements
Delegate registration fee will include all Congress documentation and attendance at all sessions from 3 to 5 September, 2010, 1 welcome reception, lunch and coffee/tea breaks (where applicable) and 1 admission to the Hospitality Nite on Saturday, 4 September 2010.
 
Language
The official language of the Congress is in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
 
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:
Before 2 June 2010
-50% refund
On and after 3 June 2010
-10% refund
From 30 June 2010
-No refund
No Show
-No refund
 
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be issued to all Congress participants attending the entire Conference.
 
Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements. This letter does not imply the provision of financial or any other support.
 
Hotel Booking / Reservation
Special negotiated rates have been secured. To enjoy the special rates, please visit the Conference website www.cngs.com.sg. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
 
Liability
The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
